The Matha College of Teacher Education has got building in the area of 34,872 Sq.ft., with all facilities like

5 Class Rooms, Seminar Hall, Multipurpose Hall, Psychology Laboratory, Work Experience Laboratory,
Educational Technology Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Biology Laboratory, Language Laboratory, Separate rooms for men & women students, Principal Room, Faculty Room , Office Room, Store Room, Common Room for Students, Sanitation facilities with protected drinking water supply.

ABOUT OUR LAND:

The Matha College of Teacher Education has got 11 acres 48 cents site for B.Ed., Course . The lands are at vaanpuram, Kilangatoor group, Manamadurai, Manamadurai Taluk in the jurisdiction of sub-Registrar Office, Sivagangai District, State of TamilNadu . The Survey Numbers and the extent of the lands are given below.

The above mentioned lands do not reveal any encumbrance affecting the scheduled property, and its in actual position of the owner.

The lands are in actual use and buildings have been put up in them.

The competent authority has granted permission to use the lands for Educational purpose. The Tahsildar, Manamadurai also in his order No. K.Dis.(A2)5306 & 5307 of 2004 dated 11.09.2004 has accorded a license bearing Number 11/2004 & 12/2004 for locating Matha College of Teacher Education. Moreover, Melapasalai Panchayat of Manamadurai has approved the building plan in its office No. A3/No.DDIS/4466/93 dated 13.12.2001 and has accorded to erect building for Matha College of Teacher Education for accomadating 1200 students.

The said land and the buildings put up thereon have been, thus under the use of the “ Self Owner”, namely the said Institution, Matha College of Teacher Education run by Matha Memorial Education Trust.
